Principal Investment Activity

Corrideal, LLC is a real estate investment company that acquires residential properties as a principal buyer. When Corrideal pursues a transaction, it enters into a purchase agreement for its own account — not on behalf of any buyer, seller, or third party.

In certain cases, Corrideal may assign its contractual interest in a purchase agreement to a third-party purchaser for a fee. Corrideal only markets or assigns properties in which it holds a current, valid contractual interest at the time of any such assignment.

Corrideal may elect to close on properties directly or assign its contractual interest, depending on the structure of the transaction.
